Tool battery diagnostics & repair
Evaluation and repair of failed battery packs used across professional and consumer cordless-tool platforms, including Milwaukee, DEWALT, Makita and others.
Explore repair services →ProCharge Batteries is evolving from a battery seller into a focused repair and development lab—specializing in failed power-tool batteries today, rapidly expanding into e-bike and e-scooter systems, and building the capability for tomorrow's higher-voltage battery platforms.
The work is focused on practical battery problems: packs that fail early, discontinued or unavailable replacements, and applications where off-the-shelf options do not fit the job.

ProCharge is being developed as a technical battery company. The goal is not simply to sell replacement packs, but to understand failure modes, evaluate repairability, and build better-fit solutions for the applications that need them.
Battery condition, electronics, enclosure damage and cell failure vary from pack to pack. ProCharge evaluates the specific battery rather than promising a one-size-fits-all repair.
Brand names are used only to identify compatible battery platforms. ProCharge Batteries is an independent repair and development business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the listed manufacturers.
Do not open, puncture or attempt to repair a lithium battery pack yourself. Packs that are swollen, crushed, wet, burned, unusually hot or physically damaged require special handling. Contact ProCharge before transporting or shipping a questionable battery.
