A deliberate progression

Higher voltage means a higher standard.

EV and hybrid battery systems involve substantially greater electrical hazards, vehicle integration complexity and safety requirements than portable packs. ProCharge is treating that market as a capability-development program—not a service to advertise prematurely.

Current limitation

High-voltage vehicle battery repair is not currently offered.

The company is developing toward this market. Until the required technical capability, tooling, procedures and safety framework are in place, ProCharge will not represent the program as an active service.

Why this market matters

More electric mobility means more batteries that eventually need a second decision.

As electric tools, bikes, scooters, hybrids and EVs continue to proliferate, more battery systems will reach the point where owners have to choose between replacement, repair, reuse, repurposing or retirement.

01 / REPAIRABILITY

Extend useful service life where appropriate.

Not every failed pack is repairable—but some failures should not automatically condemn an otherwise valuable system.

02 / ACCESS

Create alternatives where OEM support is limited.

Older and niche platforms can become unusable when a battery disappears from the market. Aftermarket development can close that gap.

03 / KNOWLEDGE

Build expertise across battery classes.

The long-term value is not a single product. It is the ability to diagnose and engineer across increasingly complex battery systems.

Working on a battery application that fits the roadmap?

ProCharge is interested in practical problems, unusual replacement needs and development opportunities that help expand real-world capability.
