Aftermarket tool batteries

A core area of specialization.

ProCharge has its roots in aftermarket tool-battery creation. That experience is now being redirected toward a broader engineering model: repair failed packs, understand why systems fail and develop better alternatives where the market leaves a gap.

What development is not

Not every idea should become a custom pack.

A safe, practical battery solution has to be technically appropriate for its application. ProCharge may recommend an existing commercial solution, decline unsafe concepts or determine that the project is not economical to pursue.

Development inquiries are reviewed individually. ProCharge does not represent prototype or R&D work as certified production hardware unless a project has separately completed the testing and compliance required for that use.
